Mr. Agin is a graduate of Washington University (B.S.B.A 1986) and Boston College Law School (J.D. cum laude, 1989). He is the editor of The Best in E-Commerce (Bowne 2001).

He chairs the American Bar Association’s E-commerce and Insolvency Subcommittee, and co-chairs the Boston Bar Association’s Computer and Internet Law Committee, and frequently lectures on technology, Internet and bankruptcy law to these and other groups.

Mr. Agin has been a guest on NBC, and quoted in such publications as Kiplinger's Personal Finance, The Boston Herald, The Washington Post, The Washington Times and Entrepreneur Magazine.

He was selected as one of the 12 Outstanding Young Bankruptcy Attorneys for 2000 by Turnarounds & Workouts newsletter.
