Mr. Zeidman is a senior partner with the Washington, D.C. firm DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP, specializing in domestic franchising law and international distribution, licensing and franchising law. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York, Florida and Alabama. Mr. Zeidman received his bachelor of arts degree
cum laude from Yale University and bachelor of laws degree from Harvard Law School.
He was the first chair of the Committee on Franchising for the American Bar Associations Antitrust Law Section and the former chair of the International Bar Associations International Franchising Committee.
Mr. Zeidman has spoken on international transactions before business and professional groups in more than 30 countries, as well as before the European Commission and numerous U.S. congressional committees. He also advises several international governmental organizations on franchising as a technique for international development.
He has received the coveted AV® rating by Martindale-Hubbell®. He also is named in An International Who's Who of Franchise Lawyers, among other prestigious listings.
