Schneider is a Professor of Law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, has been actively involved in the Education Law Section of the Association of American Law Schools, and has twice served as its chairperson and has served as a member of its Executive Board.
Professor Schneider holds a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. degree from Boston College.
She has published law review articles on topics including sexual harassment, hate speech, and religion and schools.
