Thomas M. Johnson is Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Officer and Principal Hydrogeologist for LFR Inc., an environmental consulting firm with offices throughout the U.S. Mr. Johnson directs all LFR technical services and leads a nationwide LFR practice specializing in litigation and expert witness services. He has testified in state and federal court, legislative hearings, and in alternative dispute resolution cases involving environmental impacts to groundwater. Mr. Johnson is Past-President of the California Groundwater Resources Association and has served on the Board of Directors and as Board Chairman of the National Ground Water Association, Association of Ground Water Scientists and Engineers. He also has been appointed to National Academy of Sciences/National Research Council Panels on groundwater protection programs, and on decision-making processes for innovative technologies at the U.S. Department of Energy.
