Tod Zuckerman a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law, is the lead author of Environmental Insurance Litigation Law and Practice, a two volume treatise, and Environmental Insurance Practice Forms, a two volume form book, both published by Thomson West. For seven years, Mr. Zuckerman served as a U.K. insurer's U.S. national coordinating counsel for environmental and other complex claims. Also, Mr. Zuckerman was a partner in three national law firms, where he concentrated on different aspects of environmental law litigation and counseling. Presently, Mr. Zuckerman is a solo practitioner in San Francisco, where, since 2001, he has taught environmental law, insurance law, and contracts at Lincoln Law School of San Jose, University of California Berkeley Extension, St. Mary's College of California, and Holy Names University.
