A 1976 graduate of Duke Law School, where he finished first in his class. Mr. Windt has been engaged in a wide-range of mostly "big case" coverage disputes. He has acted as an expert witness and as a consultant, mostly to insurers, with regard to the handling of claims in almost every state.
