This Service Pack includes:
- Fixes and enhancements for HUD-1 and 1A forms released in the 2009 CD include:
- Ensuring amounts correctly flow to page one, lines 103 and 502
- 1200 and 1100 series kinks have been worked out so that re-edits to both series are reliable
- 1107 and 1108 have been removed from the 1101 calculation
- Checkwriting utility has been updated to pull entries from the new forms
- HUD-1/1A Settlement Agent Company Name added to Settlement Agent field in print and email
- HUD-1 903 text field provides enough space for a POC entry
- Seller fields, distinct from the 1201 and 1203 calculations, have been added to 1204-1209 for amounts charged to the seller which were not included on the Good Faith Estimate and which are to be listed in the columns
- 1100 series lines 1101, 1103, 1107, and 1108 include a field for entering title insurance commission percentage breakdowns
- Additional blank lines have been added to the 1100 series and 1300 series
- HUD-1 line 1203 GFE reference fixed
- HUD-1 line 901 prepaid-interest-amount field allows up to four digits to the right of the decimal
- Calculation Codes window's Recording Fee tab should be more intuitive
- The Print Manager option HUD-1 (Page one, two, three) should work without producing an Access Violation error
- 1099-S updates to fully comply with the IRS specifications:
- B and C records which were missing zero entries for non-1099-S return positions have been corrected to include zeros rather than blanks
- Name OR Address corrections are now 2-step corrections
- The Seller SSN test has been moved: it will only trigger on exporting your 1099-S data, for electronic filing. It should be possible to enter a Seller without entering a Tax ID for that person and also to print 1099-S forms without Seller Tax IDs entered
- The 1099 Validation Report has been removed
- FNMA state summaries have been restored
