Verifying Installation
This update includes new and revised jury instructions, but it does not include any changes to the software. Because of this, after running the update, the version box at the bottom of the screen will still show version number 4.11. However, an updated content currentness notice will appear in the following places:

Content Currentness
  • on the splash screen that is displayed while the program is starting up
  • at the bottom of the main program window
  • on the General Information tab of the About screen, available in the Help menu

After installing the September 2009 Web Update, the currentness notice should read "Content Updated as of 9/25/2009." If the notice shows an earlier date, retry the installation. If you are still not successful, contact Customer and Technical Support for assistance.
