The U.S. Supreme Court issued more than 200 opinions and decisions on certiorari in its 2008-2009 Term. But you don't have to run lots of searches to retrieve them.

Instead, do the following: Access the Find service, type 39 alr fed 2d 507, and retrieve the ALR United States Supreme Court Review for the 2008-2009 Term. This annual review from American Law Reports summarizes the major holdings and decisions on certiorari, including those in Ricci v. DeStefano and Pleasant Grove City, Utah v. Summum, with links to full-text documents. Use the interactive table of contents to jump to specific legal areas.
