Earn WestlawRewards points for purchases in 2009-2010
Students, earn WestlawRewards points when you purchase the following products:
Earn a minimum of:
- 100 points for each study aid
- 100 points for each statutes or casebook supplement
- 250 points for each Hornbook
- 500 points for each casebook
What is WestlawRewards?
WestlawRewards is a program that rewards law students for using Westlaw and other West products and services, including most casebooks and course and exam preparation materials.
How do I join the WestlawRewards program?
If you are a law student, simply register using your Westlaw password. Westlaw password distribution varies by school.
How do I make sure the points I earn with my purchases are deposited in my WestlawRewards account?
- 1. After you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a Promotion Code
- 2. Log on to WestlawRewards.com
- 3. Select Promotion Codes from the menu
- 4. Select West.thomson.com Book Purchase
- 5. Enter your Promotion Code and click Go. WestlawRewards Points will be credited to your account.
Note: If you are a law student and have not yet joined WestlawRewards, save the Promotion Code and redeem it after you are a member.
Do Promotion Codes expire?
Yes. All Promotion Codes expire on June 30, 2010, so you must redeem any you receive within the current academic year. However, once you have deposited a Promotion Code in your WestlawRewards account, it's yours to use as long as you are a law student.
Do I have to be a member of WestlawRewards to buy from west.thomson.com?
No. Anyone can purchase. However, you can only deposit Promotion Codes in a WestlawRewards account if you are a registered member.
I purchased West Law School, Foundation Press, or Gilbert products from another bookseller. Can I still earn WestlawRewards points for those purchases?
No. Only purchases made directly from west.thomson.com qualify for WestlawRewards points.
