Q. How do I place an order for a Quinlan newsletter?

Q. How do I contact West Customer Service for updates?

Q. What is My Account?
A. My Account provides everything you need to know about your business relationship with West - online 24/7, free of charge.
Q. How can I register for My Account?
A. Follow the steps below to register for My Account:
- Go to https://myaccount.west.thomson.com.
- Click the Register now! link located under the New User heading.
- Step One Box: Enter your 10-digit West Account Number in the Enter West Account # field.
- Step Two Box: Enter either a West Invoice # (8xxxxxxxx) or West Order # in the appropriate fields.
Note: If you do not have a West Invoice or Order #, contact Customer Service at 1-800-848-3475 to obtain your PIN number.
- Step Three Box: Enter and confirm your email address.
- Click the Submit button.
Q. Can I renew my subscription online?
A. At this time, West does not offer online renewals for print products. You will receive renewal notices for Quinlan subscriptions by mail.
Q. Where can I find my Customer Number?
A. Your 10-digit account number is listed on the Renewal Notices we send you. It is also listed on all invoices.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept payment via check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

Credit card payment can also be made using My Account, or over the phone with Customer Service at 1-800-848-3475.
Q. When will I receive my first issue?
A. Your first issue will be mailed to you within 30 days of purchase.
Q. I lost an issue of my newsletter. Can I receive a replacement?
A. West keeps the previous six newsletters in stock for each title. If you are missing one of these newsletters, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-848-3475 to have it resent.
