Description
This compilation brings together the statutes relating to Wisconsin's criminal and motor vehicle laws. It includes all statutory sections in chapters 340 to 351, relating to motor vehicles; chapters 939 to 951, relating to substantive criminal law; chapter 961, the Uniform Controlled Substances Act; and chapters 967 to 980, the criminal procedure provisions. The contents are current through January 2009 of the 2007–2008 legislative session. This work is a convenient companion to Wisconsin Rules of Court.
