This book provides a collection of uniform laws and federal statutes for use in all commercial law courses. It begins with the most widely used version of the Uniform Commercial Code (2008 version of Articles 1 and 3–9 and 2002 version of 2 and 2A). Appendixes contain the PEB commentaries; earlier versions of Articles 1, 3, 4, and 7; and the 2003 and 2005 amendments to Articles 2 and 2A, with Official Comments. It includes additional uniform laws important to commercial transactions, significant federal commercial legislation and regulations, and the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
