Each issue features 20-30 summaries of important, recently decided cases. Every article includes the following items:

- County and court in which the case was venued
- Case name and docket number
- Insurer
- Breakdown of the verdict/judgment and the total amount of the verdict/judgment
- Date of the verdict, settlement or arbitration award
- Attorneys for the parties
- Judge who heard the case
- Experts who testified
- Summary with analysis of the facts of the case
Each weekly issue also contains a table of contents sorted by county, topical and injury indexes, and indexes that list the attorneys, experts and judges/neutrals, and insurers involved in the cases summarized in that issue.
