Treatment is given to procedure in qui tam actions, jurisdiction, pleadings, discovery, and other pretrial issues, interim remedies, settlement, and dismissal. The treatise also addresses the current state false claims laws modeled on the federal statute that have been adopted in California, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia.
