This library on Westlaw® includes four types of materials: New Jersey cases, statutes and legislative materials, court rules and orders, periodicals, and other information; New Jersey state, federal, and U.S. Supreme Court cases; New Jersey analytical library; and 3d Circuit personal injury jury verdicts.
The New Jersey state collection contains court cases from 1790 to present, headnotes, tax court cases, and cases compiled by practice area. It also includes statutes and legislative documents; court rules and orders governing state, local state, and local federal practice; administrative and executive materials (such as the New Jersey Administrative Code, opinions released by the Attorney Generals office, and New Jersey Insurance Administrative Code); and New Jersey texts and periodicals.
The second component incorporates New Jersey state and federal cases, along with state and federal headnotes from cases heard in the 3d Circuit District Court, U.S. Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals3d Circuit. It's also a source for the United States Code, United States Code Annotated® (USCA®), U.S. public laws, U.S. Code Congressional and Administrative News®, federal rules and orders, and USCA by practice area and by historical chronology.
The New Jersey analytical library provides the New Jersey Practice Series, legal and business forms, pleading and practice forms, and the New Jersey combined analytical databases.
The fourth set of materials contains 3d Circuit jury verdicts, judgments, settlements, arbitration, and expert witness information from states in the 3d Circuit.
