Work Experience
  • Among her most recent notable cases, participated as an amicus on behalf of Raytheon in Viacom, Inc. v. United States, 70 Fed.Cl. 649 (2006), helping to win a precedent-setting Cost Accounting Standards case that rejected three defenses the government has raised to avoid paying contractor pension claims
  • In March 2005, won a Court of Federal Claims bid protest for Arch Chemicals, Inc., allowing Arch to win a 20-year contract to supply all of the government's hydrazine requirements after initially losing the contract to a competitor
  • In 2003, won a $27 million dollar judgment for Holmes & Narver in Alternative Dispute Resolution case involving several construction contract claims before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals
  • Also won Cost Accounting Standards 413 case, Teledyne, Inc. v. United States (2001), aff'd sub. nom., Allegheny Teledyne Inc. v. United States (Fed. Cir. Jan. 23, 2003), significantly limiting government's ability to recoup contractor's surplus pension assets
