Cathy Doyle-Heffernan has over 25 years of experience as a human resources and business executive and leads the Legal organization's human resources team. Previously she led the human resources team at International Legal & Regulatory. Prior to joining Thomson in 2002, she spent 9 years in a U.S. engineering consulting business, 8 years in a global biotechnology company, 3 years as a consultant and 5 years in other businesses. In addition to her human resources experience, Cathy has managed product management, international sales support, facilities, administration and customer services functions.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business and management and an MBA.
