Vin Caraher is chief operating officer of Thomson Reuters Legal, focusing on our geographic business units. Previously, Vin was president and chief executive officer of Thomson Reuters Scientific. He has nearly 20 years of experience at Thomson and has held various senior management positions, including executive vice president, Pharmaceutical Markets; executive vice president, Academic and Government Markets; and senior vice president, Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Before joining Thomson, Vin worked at WG&L as marketing director for the banking and business product lines. He started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank, holding various jobs in financial analysis and marketing.

Vin is a graduate of Boston College and received his MBA from Adelphi University.
